Data Entry From Home - Jobs in Parramatta
I met a man waiting for a train on Parramatta station last week. He had just finished work in his data entry job and was looking forward to getting home and spending a bit of time with his family. He told me all about his plans to start his own internet based business, acting as the middle man between companies looking to outsource their administration activities. Having worked in various offices since he was first employed over twenty years ago, he feels he has a lot more to offer the industry than he currently gives.
His name was Robert and he made me promise not tell anyone about the abundance of data entry jobs in Parramatta at the moment. I crossed my heart hoped to die. I know I will never see him again so it doesn’t really matter if I keep the promise or not. He claimed that there was a lot of money to be made by typing information into online forms on the internet. I didn’t ask him to give me this information; he more or less forced himself upon me. If I was his boss I would fire his arse.
Parramatta is as nice a place as any to work in a data entry job, I guess. I can’t type with any great speed or accuracy so his ‘top secret’ information will have very little impact on my future career choices. Sure, I check my emails daily but I don’t spend a lot of time on the internet and I certainly wouldn’t relish sitting in front of my PC all day every day. I don’t even own my own computer. Robert struck me as being a bit of a rough diamond. His face was triangular in shape. He chin was sharp looking.
